Peter is a lateral and systems thinker. Currently retired, he previously worked as a manufacturing jeweller and designer, as a lead pastor in five churches including a church plant and as a mental health chaplain. He continues to have particular interest in the impact of mental illness on faith, in emotional systems and in church health. He has earned bachelor, masters and doctoral degrees in theology and pastoral leadership.
